Hello, Something interesting we recently noticed is that it appears that Sales Quotes that are in the ‘Approved’ status do NOT move into ‘Converted’ status when ‘Convert to Sales Order’ is used as an action. Screenshot below is to reference the field of a quote we had converted to a Sales Order. At first, I thought this was an error or maybe a customization gone awry. But we do not have any customizations that modify the workflow of the Sales Quote screen, and on checking the default diagram, it appears that this is really the case. Screenshot of the default workflow diagram is below. I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this before and what the rationale might be for this. Wouldn’t it be a natural transition for a quote that’s been ‘approved’ to then be converted to an order, and in turn updating the original quote status to ‘Converted’? I also just wanted to verify that this is the case for others as well.

Hi Everyone,I am working on a P&L monthly analysis report for projects. but I am having trouble on how to configure the totals’ column, i.e. when I run the report for example for March. it will show columns of Jan and Feb with zero since there are no figures in those periods as you can see the screenshot, but in the totals’ column it will show the totals from all the other previous periods not just the ones in the report which is ideally supposed to be zero. If there is anyone who knows to solve this, please help out.This is how it’s set it up in column sets.

Hello, I’m trying to create an import scenario that will validate card payments, as a lot of payments are stuck in the Pending Processing status. I am able to manually click Validate card payment, and the capture is authorized and puts the payment in open status. I want to run this via an import scenario. I am even able to add a Mass Action on a GI that can validate the card payments in bulk, but I would want this to be scheduled or automatic. Thus trying out the import scenario.However, I get an error message: The Validate Card Payment button is disabled.Does anyone have ideas how to work around this issue? I’ve also attached the Import scenario XML. Thank you!
Hi,I have created a Database Script to increase the length of the PayItemCD field from 10 to 20, but I can't seem to find where to do this for the on-screen field shown below.I can type as many characters as I like into the Pay Item field, but once I click into another field, it cuts it down to 10 characters.I have updated the MaxLength property of the field, but that hasn't seemed to help.Is there another way to increase the length of this field?Kind regards,Andrew Enter as many characters as I want After clicking out of the field, text is shortened to 10 characters Max Length property set to 20
On a generic enquiry, how do i get the number/$ sum of invoices etc between to dates? I have seen the threads as to date differnce calculations, but they all seem to be related to getting the amount of days bewteen two dates. DateAdd( date, interval, number ) etc I want to get for example how much a customer spent in 2021 in a column.

I have a business event that I created to send email notifications to customers when their order has shipped. I want the email to be triggered when the shipment is marked as confirmed. I have set up a GI to pull in the correct data, but the business event is not triggering. See screen shots below. Has anyone else gotten their shipment notifications automated? Is this the correct approach or is there a better way?
